We understand occasional circumstances prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. If possible, please notify our office in advance if you are running late or are unable to make your appointment.
Insurance and Billing
Our office accepts commercial insurance plans and bills insurance companies following the completion of the evaluation. The patient is responsible for understanding their insurance benefits; however, our staff will assist you in gaining information on the coverage available per the patient’s insurance plan. For specific circumstances, a payment plan may be available. These options can be discussed further with Dr. Sengstock. Please call or email us for information specific to your insurance company and plan.
